Quality & Standards
From orchard to certified lot
Every lot passes through defined control points: intake sampling at the huller, in-line sizing and colour sorting, electronic defect and shell-fragment rejection, hand inspection before packing, metal detection and X-ray, and final laboratory release.
Lots are held in controlled-atmosphere storage and re-tested before shipment. Nothing leaves the facility without its paperwork.
What we test and certify
- Aflatoxin (B1, B2, G1, G2) by accredited laboratory, certificate per lot
- Moisture content — target maximum 6.0%
- Foreign matter, shell fragments and hull
- Size band verification on calibrated screens
- Defect and damage counts against contract tolerance
- Microbial parameters where the destination market requires them
Documentation with every shipment
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate and laboratory certificates — assembled by our export desk and matched to the import requirements of your country before the container is stuffed.
