Terraced highland orchards, irrigated and tended by the people who own them.

Our Farm

A look inside the orchards: terroir, varieties, irrigation, canopy management and the seasonal rhythm that decides what we can ship.

Terroir

Almonds ask for cold winters, long warm summers, well-drained soil and clean water. Our blocks sit on mineral-rich terraces with the drainage and air movement that keep frost and disease pressure down. The result is a thick-flavoured kernel with the light colour that premium programs demand.

Terroir

Blocks & varieties

The estate is planted in dedicated blocks by variety and rootstock, harvested and mated separately so that each lot keeps its identity from tree to container. The planting spans commercial benchmarks like Nonpareil and Carmel alongside regional heirloom selections that no one else can ship.

Water & canopy

Drip and micro-sprinkler irrigation is scheduled from soil-moisture readings, not the calendar. Canopies are pruned for light penetration and picker access, and crop load is managed so kernels fill properly instead of stretching the tree.
